Hire Costs

Below is the costs of hiring out Buckingham Athletic Function Room.

Mon - Thurs	09:00-23:00	£13.50 per hour min 2 hours	Includes: function room area & access to kitchen. Extra will be charged if bar staff are required.
Friday	09:00-18:00	£13.50 per hour min 2 hours	Includes: function room area & access to kitchen. Extra will be charged if bar staff are required.
Friday	19:00-23:00	£100.00	Includes: function room area, access to kitchen. Bar staff included.
Saturday	09:00-18:00	£15.00 per hour min 2 hours	Includes: function room area & access to kitchen. Extra will be charged if bar staff are required. No bookings during these times in the Football Season
Saturday	19:00-23:00	£120.00	Includes: function room area & access to kitchen. Bar staff included.
Saturday	19:00-00:00	£150.00	Includes: function room area & access to kitchen. Bar staff included.
Sunday	11:00-23:00	£14.50 per hour min 2 hours	Includes: function room area & access to kitchen.   Extra will be charged if bar staff are required.

 

Please note:

- For out of licensing hours hiring there may be additional hourly charge.

- The football season runs from August to May.

- A Marquee available at an extra charge of £25.00.

- All other hiring requirements will have to be agreed with the Club Committee.

- We do not hire the function room for 18th Birthday Parties

Club Members

 If you have been a member of Buckingham Athletic Sports & Social Club for 6 months you will receive a 33% reduction on all hire charges.

• Preferred date(s)
• Time From and To
• Purpose of hire
• If it is for reoccurring dates then please state the period length.

There is an issue with viewing the google calendar on 'Month' view. If you use the 'Month' view, you will need to click on each event to view the correct time and date.

Whilst we try to make our best effort to keep the bookings calendar up to date, it may not contain the lastest booking information. You will need to either call or email us to confirm if your choosen date(s) are available hire of the clubhouse.
