Hire Terms

Conditions of Hire

  1. A Maximum of 100 persons to be invited.
  2. No charge to be made on the door, responsibility for entry to be controlled by the hirer.
  3. It is not permissible to bring drinks into the club for sale or personal consumption. Should special wines/spirits etc., be required, please give 14 days notice as to type and quantities required.
  4. Club members must be allowed access to the bar area.
  5. The club reserves the right to close down any function immediately, should it be felt that action by guests of the hirer be detrimental to the property or licence of the club.
  6. A £100 deposit (refundable) will be charged at the point of booking in case of any loss or damage to the club property.
  7. The hirer will be personally responsible in making sure that the FIRE EXIT doors are remained CLOSED at all times (excluding Fire evacuation).
    ANY INFRINGEMENT WILL MEAN THE INSTANT CLOSURE OF THE FUNCTION.
  8. It is the responsibility of the hirer to remind all guests to respect our neighbours’s privacy and to leave the club grounds in a quiet and orderly manner.
  9. Whilst drinking outside the club house is permitted, it is the responsibility of the hirer to remind all guests that they must stay in the boundaries of the patio area and to respect our neighbour’s privacy.
  10. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the hall is cleared of any rubbish and placed in black bin bags outside of the clubhouse, where they will be disposed of by the club.
  11. All guests and hirers belongings, i.e. clothes/garmants, food, cooking untensils, banners, ballons, presents etc must be taken away at the close of the function and not left behind.
  12. It is the resposibility of the hirer to have the hall cleared of all attendees within 30 minutes of last orders.

THE CLUB DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DAMAGE TO, OR LOSS OF ARTICLES FROM THE PREMISES, CAR PARK OR PLAYING FIELD.

Payment in full must be received no later that one week before the date of the function.
